Does anyone know?
I would say fast food because if I ate it 3 times a day for 10 years, or I smoked regular cigarettes every day for 10 years, or I smoked an E Cig everyday for 10 years. Depending on the fast food lets say a Jack in the box well most anything. I am pretty sure I would be fat, almost a diabetic, and risk of heart attack. However with Cigs which I did smoke for 10 years I am pretty healthy, I smoke e cigs now and yeah E-cigs would be the least dangerous.
Fast food gets my vote. Low doses of pure nicotine, without all the carcinogens, is much less likely to kill you than all the fat in fast foods. Some “hamburgers ” run 2000 calories, most of them from fat. It seems they are TRYING to kill us off. Cheese, bacon, fatty sauce, fatty meat. They should call them ” WIdowmakers”.

The health effects of using electronic cigarettes are currently unknown, but common sense tells me they are safer than smoking tobacco. All of the e-juice ingredients are already FDA approved. My doctor approved of my use of an e-cig, but he also said, “… but remember, you’re STILL using nicotine which we already know it causes cardiovascular health problems. You’re best option is to find courage to stop using nicotine entirely.” – I know this, but I love nicotine too much. Enough to die for?… YES!
Fast Food is a well known killer. It’s high in fat, sugar, and salt. It can cause obesity, elevate risk for diabetes and cardiovascular health problems. Fast Food is essentially Junk Food disguised as a meal. My doctor demanded me to stay away from Fast Food. I did as he instructed and my health improved. Fortunately, Fast Food is not addictive to me and I can live without it. It is, however, addictive to other people both mentally and physically due to it’s high MSG and chemical sweetener content. Combine that with it’s cheap price and you have a serious cash cow.
So, due to only what we know about nicotine, I would have to say that e-cigs are a little less dangerous than Fast Food. E-cigs do not cause obesity nor elevate the risk of diabetes.
Fast Food is more dangerous… Yes, I said that!
